thedailyECO was created with the aim of providing users with a wide range of information on the world of ecology and conservation. For this reason, the vision of thedailyECO is the continued publication of articles, videos, audio recordings, programs and data (hereinafter known as ‘content’) that offer practical resources for the care of the environment, botanical information, practical gardening tips, understanding biodiversity and ecology in general. thedailyECO considers itself to be a project that is committed to using the truthfulness of information to play an important role in forging a better and more sustainable relationship between man and nature.
For this reason, our policy regarding the publication of content is very strict. Any content the user wishes to publish will be reviewed by the editors of thedailyECO. We reserve the right to modify, delete, edit all or part of the content that users or collaborators publish on the website.
thedailyECO has decided not to publish content on the website that deals with prohibited content as defined in section 5.2, that infringes intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, or if thedailyECO so considers at its sole discretion.

16.1 In the case that the user infringes intellectual and/or industrial rights or any other type of third party rights, he/she will be summoned by thedailyECO in the moment in which the site is in knowledge of such breaches in order to cease the publication of breaching Content. In such case, the user will answer for such breaches and thedailyECO will deny access to the user on the Website.
16. 2 If any person or entity considers that Content published on the Website breaches their intellectual and/or industrial rights, his/her rights to honor, intimacy, image or any other right, he or she will be able to communicate so to thedailyECO through any of the contact source mentioned on the Website under the subject " Rights breach", asking for the removal of information and giving the following information:
